Rik Alspaw is a licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in couples counseling as well as family and individual therapy. Rik is the Director of the The Rock Counseling.
Rik has been counseling since 2005. Rik is an ordained Christian Church minister and spent almost 20 years working with middle and high school students.
Rik's primary therapeutic approach flows out of solution focused therapy and is heavily influenced by Biblical counseling. Rik finds great satisfaction in journeying with his clients
as they seek to embrace life and live out of their passions.
Rik received his B.S. from Manhattan Christian College and his masters in Family therapy from Friends University. Rik is currently pursuing certification as a Gottman Therapist.

Amber Harris is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. Amber has been practicing marriage and family therapy since 2001.
Amber is an interactive cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates techniques that offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
Amber specializes in stress management, depression, anxiety, family conflict, blended family problems, adolescent defiance/behavior problems, suicidal ideations/self-mutilating behaviors, infidelity, separation/divorce, grief counseling, work problems and life cycle transitions (such as children leaving home).

Kimberly Davis is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family therapist that works with families, couples and individuals with a real heart for adolescents and couples.
She works from a narrative perspective, meaning that everyone has a story to tell, live and ultimately complete. Completing that story in a way that benefits the client is the focus of therapy. Other models of therapy implemented include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Sand-tray play therapy for children and adults. Kimberly has worked with a wide range of ages focusing on family issues and helping clients manage feelings of depression and anxiety.
Kimberly has been a therapist since 2007 and has worked in an office setting and also has provided school-based therapy. Kimberly graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and received her Masters in Family therapy from Friends University.

John F. Roberts is a Licensed School Counselor experienced in working with families and individuals. John recently retired from USD 259 after 23 years spent as a counselor and classroom teacher.
